4th of July

Learning to write poetry by using an "apparatus" given by George Eklund, I compose "wild text" and then find possible words or phrases to use in a poem.

In a few hours I'll be working with Dan at the shop to shoot some video clips.  Next, we'll edit and add script in order to make a promo video for Skelley Piano which will be displayed on his website.

At 4:00 p.m. my sister Charmee will host us at a 4th of July meal outside.  Dan, Charmee, her son (my nephew) Fletcher, and I will enjoy a vegan cookout.

Tomorrow, I must plan for summer school which starts Monday.  Wish me luck with that.

For now, I'm going to go to amazon and watch episode 4 of season 7 of Dexter!!

I'm planning to blog more intentionally and regularly . . .just need to figure out what my user name and pw are for this. . .will my google entry info work?

Enjoying another Kate Shugak tale by Dana Stabenow.

Been on my feet since Monday, 3-14! Heel pain was extreme, but lots of icing and stretching are helping.

Julie Madden will be by soon bringing soup and books! So nice to have a visitor when one is "shut in."

Today marks 8 weeks since I broke my leg. Fortunately, I'm an avid reader. My ETA for back to work is March 29, but I see the ortho doc this Monday to confirm or adjust that date.
